1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mejo Infotech (Sharmon Games), "we", "us" or "our", handles information when you play Magic Circle on Android (package name com.mejoInfotech.magiccircle), the "Game".
By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game.
2. Information we collect
Information you choose to give us
Sign in with Google (Google Play Games): your Play Games player ID and display name.
Sign in with Facebook: your Facebook user ID and first name, using only the public profile permission. We never see your Facebook password, friends list, posts or email.
Messages you send us: your email address and anything you write when you contact support.
Information created when you play
Player account ID: a random ID created by Unity Gaming Services when you first open the Game. Signing in is optional; you can play as a guest.
Leaderboard data: your best score, rank and player name, shown publicly to other players on the in-game leaderboard.
Game progress on your device: high score, ring swaps, sound setting and similar preferences, stored only on your phone.
Information collected automatically by our partners
Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, IP address and crash or diagnostic data.
Advertising ID: your Android advertising ID, used by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads. You can reset or delete it in your phone settings.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, payment details or government ID.
3. How we use information
To create and restore your game account, including after reinstalling or on a new phone.
To show the global leaderboard with your name, score and rank.
To show ads and give rewards for watching rewarded ads.
To fix bugs, prevent cheating and abuse, and improve the Game.
To reply when you contact us.
To meet legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
The Game uses the services below. Each one handles data under its own privacy policy.
The Game is free and supported by ads from Google AdMob. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising ID and activity across apps.
European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: the Game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the Game settings.
Everywhere: you can limit ad personalisation or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings under Google > Ads or Privacy > Ads.
6. Sharing and selling
We do not sell your personal information.
Your player name, score and rank are public on the in-game leaderboard.
We share data only with the service providers listed above, so the Game can work, and when required by law or to protect our rights and users.
Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States, by the providers above, under their own safeguards.
7. How long we keep data
Account and leaderboard data: kept while your account exists. Deleted when you delete your account.
Inactive guest accounts: may be removed after a long period without use.
Data on your phone: removed when you uninstall the Game or clear its data.
Support emails: kept as long as needed to help you, then deleted.
Ad partner data: kept according to Google's own retention rules.
8. Delete your account and data
You can delete your Magic Circle online account, player name and leaderboard scores at any time.
Option 1: inside the Game (instant)
Open Magic Circle and tap the trophy (Leaderboard) button.
Sign in if needed, then tap Delete account.
Tap it again to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Option 2: by email (without the Game installed)
Email contact@sharmongames.com with the subject "Magic Circle account deletion" and include the name shown on the leaderboard and how you signed in (Google, Facebook or guest). We delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Facebook data deletion
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove the Game in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites, then email us as in Option 2 to delete the data we hold.
What is deleted: your player account ID, linked Google or Facebook ID, player name and leaderboard scores. What may be kept: anonymised statistics that cannot identify you, and records we must keep by law.
Depending on where you live, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to:
Magic Circle is a general audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
Data sent between the Game and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We use trusted providers and limit access to data. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the law changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Important changes will also be shown in the Game or on its Google Play page.
